Stay and Look on This - Pt.2
JOHN 6:24-29
24 When the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, neither his disciples, they also took shipping, and came to Capernaum, seeking for Jesus.
25 And when they had found him on the other side of the sea, they said unto him, Rabbi, when camest thou hither?
26 Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled. (Notice how that they were attracted to the ministry of Jesus because of benefit of the natural food that He had provided for them when they were hungry, and Jesus is not condemning them for this, because that is just a natural response that is to be expected. But then He begins to tell them of another food that is greater)
27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. (Natural food is temporary, but when God reveals His word of truth to you, then the spirit of that word is eternal life food to your soul)
28 ¶ Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?
29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
(Yet not everyone is called to do that level of work at a bride category level, because God has ordained only a certain number of people for each age that have the capacity to believe in the message of the messenger that God has sent for their age)
REVELATION 10:9
9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. (We notice how that this has a very clear and direct tone to it – there is nothing about this wording that can be misunderstood) And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
John was told to internalize the contents of the information of what was written in this little book. And we know that this book contained the opening of the mysteries of what God had sealed up about Himself since the foundation of the world.
And these mysteries are being made known to an elected people in these last days that are predestinated with the capacity to receive that revelation through the ministry that God sent to them in the form of the seventh angel.
PSALM 145:15-16,21
15 The eyes of all wait upon thee (The eyes of our understanding wait for the Lord to make his truth clear to us in the season of our lives of when we need to understand it); and thou givest them their meat in due season. (Spiritual food in the season of when that food is needed – and spiritual food in due season is the revelation of the word for your day)
16 Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
21 My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
Stay and Look on This - Pt.2
The bible tells us in John 4:23-24 that God is seeking those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth, or we could also say, the spirit of truth – in fact, God cannot receive worship in any other way.
And so true praise towards God comes out of a heart that has received (at least some portion of) a revelation of God, and so the characteristics of your praise will show the level and depth of your revelation of God.
PSALM 145:21
21 My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
All flesh is designed by God to appreciate Him and to bless God at the capacity and in the way that has been revealed to them. This is why brother Branham talks about the little birds singing praises to God – the little birds don’t know about Seals, Vials, and Trumpets, but yet God has given them a capacity to sing and to praise Him just for the sheer joy of being alive and free – there is just something in their little hearts that bursts out in song and praise to God.
**If you have ever studied Hymnology, you will find that the hymns that have been written down through the different centuries were written with themes based upon the revelation that God had released to them for their time and season.
**And so this gives us a key of when we study through the book of Revelation that we find that the bible will often use the language of their praise to identify the group who is giving the praise.
And so we can learn a lot about who is doing the praise by the characteristics of the language and the depth of the revelation of that praise.
For example…
REVELATION 5:9-13
9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. (This praise is revealing to us a gentile people from out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation who have received a revelation of the opening of the seven seals – and so this is clearly the end time bride group)
11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; (Notice how that with this next group, that their worship is different to the end time gentile bride group)
12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. (these had a revelation of the slain lamb)
13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, (this is John’s praise now) Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
And so we want to study this a little more on this when we get to Revelation Chapter 7, because when the seventh seal opened, Brother Branham first deals with these two groups in Revelation Chapter 7 of the 144,000 elected and sealed Jews under their two prophets Moses and Elijah, and then there is this other group that no man could number of a gentile people (not the bride) who will be saved out of the great tribulation period after the rapture has taken place. And a part of their identification is revealed in the way they give God praise.
*Because when the title deed of the last and final testament of God was opened up by the opening of the seven seals, it had to clearly identify each group of who they were. Because you can’t do anything until you first reveal and clarify who it is that is to receive the portion of each of their eternal inheritance, because there are many categories of eternal life.
*And we are saying all of this because the message of the hour reveals to us every single one of these groups and of what their inheritance and position will be in that eternal kingdom of heaven.
MATTHEW 25:32-34
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Inheritance is to do with the last will and testament of someone – and it is the final word.
But first you have to separate and identify each person or group clearly before you can pronounce their inheritance.
**And so this is what the opening of the seven seals was in part dealing with – the opening of the word has clarified the identification of each group and their placing and their inheritance.
**And this is where we have also been identified in this hour by the opening of the word.
*By the fact that we have received the one that God has sent for this last age – our inheritance is the promise of the full title deed ownership of the power of everything of what Adam lost is to be restored back to us again in this hour.
