The Three Stages of Ruth’s Relationship with Boaz

LEVITICUS 19:9-10

9   And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest.

10   And thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather every grape of thy vineyard; thou shalt leave them for the poor and stranger: I am the LORD your God.

Not everything that is yours is yours – some of what is yours is for others

LEVITICUS 23:22

22   And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy harvest: thou shalt leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am the LORD your God.

LEVITICUS 25:25

25   If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

The Three Stages of Ruth’s Relationship with Boaz

*Begin a series on Ruth – cannot be finished in one service

There are four stages of Ruth’s journey through this relatively short story of four chapters

Ch 1. Ruth Deciding

Ch 2. Ruth Serving

Ch 3. Ruth Resting

Ch 4. Ruth Rewarded

THE.KINSMAN.REDEEMER_ JEFF.IN V-6 N-8 SUNDAY_ 60-1002

61   Now, I want to liken this morning, Naomi, the elder lady, to the orthodox church, the Jewish orthodox church, Ruth, the Moabite, a Gentile, being the Christian church, the new church.

And I want to approach it from four different phases: Ruth... I got it wrote here. Ruth Deciding (making her decision), Ruth Serving, Ruth Resting, Ruth Rewarded.

Notice, as there are four phases of Ruth’s journey, there are also three distinct stages of Ruth’s encounter with Boaz - The Three Stages of Ruth’s Relationship with Boaz.

Phase 1. Ruth Deciding in Moab - which is Ruth making a clear cut decision and coming out of her denominational conception of many gods into the knowledge of the one true God – but this was before she ever meets Boaz)

Phase 2. Ruth Serving = 1. Field Relationship stage– this is where she meets with Boaz for the first time after he had come first to the head reaper)

Phase 3. Ruth Resting = 2. Threshing Floor Relationship stage - at the midnight hour when Ruth came to understand Boaz’s commitment to her as her kinsman redeemer – Boaz reveals this personally to her in a private meeting place that was initiated by Ruth. This is a deeper level of relationship)

4. Ruth Rewarded = 3. Garner Relationship stage (or Millennium Relationship) - Boaz and Ruth are now married and living in Elimelech’s restored inheritance - for us, this will be when we are with Christ in the millennium.

And so we see from this story that in order for us to be with Christ in the Millennium, we must first pass through these other two stages of relationship with Christ in order to go on to the third stage which is the rapture and the millennium.

RUTH 2:1-2

1     ¶ And Naomi had a kinsman of her husband's, a mighty man of wealth, of the family of Elimelech; and his name was Boaz.

2   And Ruth the Moabitess said unto Naomi, Let me now go to the field, and glean ears of corn after him in whose sight I shall find grace. And she said unto her, Go, my daughter.

*There are only two books in the Bible that are named after woman – Ruth and Esther.

Ruth is a gentile woman that marries a Jewish husband, while Esther is a Jewish woman that marries a gentile husband (a King), but we also know that Esther’s Jewish name was Hadassah, but the name Esther (that the book is named after) was her Persian name which is a gentile name, so both of these books were of woman with gentile names because they are both prophecies of the one gentile bride of Christ at this harvest time that we are living in now.

*And so both of these books (Ruth and Esther) are both revealing the events of this hour, because the story of Ruth and Esther were expressed by people living out their lives, that in the stories of their lives was sealed the great secrets of the events concerning the end time Gentile bride of Christ.

And so these events in the Old Testament are placed there to explain the hour that we are living in now, but the real revelation of it was sealed up until the time of the opening of the seven seals in 1963.

God sealed it in the bible so he could play it our again in the last days in a people called the end time bride of Christ.

ECCLESIASTES 1:9-10

9     ¶ The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

10   Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.

So God wrote it before in the lives of people so he could play it out again in this hour in the lives of people.

Truth and Prophecy in the bible is expressed to us in many different forms.

Truth and Prophecy is written in the form of the Laws of the Old Testament

It is hidden in the stories of the Old and New Testament

In the prophetic words of the prophet’s of the Bible

Truth and Prophecy is written in the parables of the Gospels, and in the symbols of the book of Revelation, and it is also written in the lives of the people of God.

But in all these forms of the way God communicates his truth to us, it all speaks of the one and same great plan of his redeeming love.

THE.KINSMAN.REDEEMER_ JEFF.IN V-6 N-8 SUNDAY_ 60-1002

40   ... This Book of Ruth was one of the outstanding books that they accepted. Why? If it's just a love story, why would the writers and ancient sages accept this Book as inspired? Because there's a hidden revelation in It. And in this hidden revelation, you catch the real meaning, and It'll bring you real close to God.

42   Now, many reading the Bible, read it--just stand up and read a page, and read a page. You'll never get It. Because It's in riddles. And Jesus thanked God for making It like that, said, "You've hid It from the eyes of the wise and prudent and will reveal It to babes such as will learn."

***We know that the book of Genesis and Revelation is written in mystery form in the book of Ruth.

For example – The book of Ruth opens with the story of Elimelech and his wife losing their inheritance and leaving Bethlehem, and we also know that Genesis opens with the story of Adam and Eve losing their inheritance and leaving the Garden of Eden.

Then at the end of the book of Ruth, we see Boaz and Ruth married and living in Elimelech restored inheritance, and then at the end of the book of Revelation we see Christ and His bride married and living together in the millennium.

*So the book of Ruth in itself is a complete revelation of the entire plan of redemption.

In the book of Ruth we see that Ruth herself parallels the stages of the grain, because the grain that began in the garner goes through a process of death, burial and resurrection and then the stages of growth and maturity and harvesting only to end up back in the garner again. That is the full cycle of Redemption. We come from God and drop down to earth and go through a process, but then we go back to God again.

Notice again - that the book of Ruth is not called the book of Boaz like one could have thought, because Boaz is really the great one of the story, because he was the one that was the redeemer and who was a type of Christ.

It could possibly have been called the book of Naomi because it centres around her family’s inheritance.

But it is called the book of Ruth, and that is because it is a book that God chose to sealed a great revelation for this end time hour, because Ruth was a gentile woman, and God knew that this story would reveal a great revelation for this end time age concerning a gentile woman at this harvest time called the bride of Christ – and that is the gentile bride body members who are the believers of the end time message of this harvest time hour (you and I), because there was no redemption outside of Boaz’s field in the story, and so if you are looking for redemption in this hour, you will only find it in Christ’s wheat field which is the message of the hour.

***So this story of Ruth is a prophecy and a road map for our experiences between the coming of Boaz at harvest time in the field of the message of the hour, and the millennium that is to come after WW3. And because the Jews moved back to Israel in 1948, we know that the events of Ruth take place between WW2 and WW3 which is the hour that we are living in right now.

RUTH 1:1-6

1     ¶ Now it came to pass in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. (Remember that the book of Ruth takes place during the time of the Judges, and the book of Judges was at a time when every man did what seemed right in his own eyes but not always what was right in God’s eyes – so when they transgressed, they brought upon themselves the judgement of God consciously or unconsciously, and sometimes that judgment was realised in the form of famine and starvation. But human beings seem to want to transgress God’s laws, and then also try to bypass the judgement.

And a certain man of Bethlehemjudah went to sojourn in the country of Moab, he, and his wife, and his two sons. (Notice - he was trying to escape the judgement of God by going down to Moab (“we can disobey God and still have a good time and get away with it”), but what he doesn’t know is that instead of running from death, he is actually running to his death, because you cannot run from your God given inheritance and not run into death)

2   And the name of the man was Elimelech, and the name of his wife Naomi, and the name of his two sons Mahlon and Chilion, Ephrathites of Bethlehemjudah. And they came into the country of Moab, and continued there. (No doubt they were thinking that a better life lay before them)

3   And Elimelech Naomi's husband died; and she was left, and her two sons. (That represents the first world war in this hour)

4   And they took them wives of the women of Moab; the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Ruth: and they dwelled there about ten years.

5   And Mahlon and Chilion died also both of them; and the woman was left of her two sons and her husband.

That represents the second world in this hour because the holocaust caused the death of many Jewish family members, and it was immediacy after the second world that the Jews went back to Israel, which is Naomi returning to Bethlehem.

6     ¶ Then she arose with her daughters in law, that she might return from the country of Moab: for she had heard in the country of Moab how that the LORD had visited his people in giving them bread.

The first stage of Ruth’s encounter with Boaz is after Ruth had decided to leave her denominational grave down in Moab (in Ruth chapter one) by a clear cut decision to make Naomi’s God her God.

Ruth chapter 1 is Ruth deciding, then in chapter 2 we see that she is introduced to Boaz in the field by the head reaper just as we have been introduced to Christ in this field of the revealed word of the hour by the head reaper over this age – brother Branham.

Ruth deciding is when you and I made a clear cut decision to come out of denomination conceptions back to the promised word of the hour under this message – this reveal word of the hour is Bethlehem where the word is being birth in a people.

You cannot have a true word birth outside of Bethlehem - Boaz was born in Bethlehem, Christ was born in Bethlehem, Obed was born in Bethlehem, and we must also be born in Bethlehem – the message of the hour, because the message of the hour is the house of God’s bread.

**Stage one of Ruth’s encounter with Boaz is when Ruth is serving in the field of Boaz - This is where she meets the head reaper and sees the coming of Boaz

***That is why the first stage of your relationship with Christ under this revealed word of the hour is for you to meet Boaz in the field of this message – You must see and recognise the coming of Boaz in this hour under this message of the restoration of the full word.

***So this story of Ruth reveals what stage you are personally at in your experience according to the prophecy of this hour, because we all know that the Jews are back in their homeland (1948), and we all know that that was Naomi returning to Bethlehem after the death of her family which was the holocaust of the Jews that died during WW2.

So then there must also be a gentile woman back in Bethlehem after 1948, and Bethlehem is the house of Gods bread, and the bread of God is the revealed word of the hour, so to come into Boaz’s field in this hour is for you to come into the revealed word of this hour, and once you are in the field, then the first thing is that you will come in contact with the head reaper, and then after that you will see the coming of Boaz while you are in the field.

**So if you are truly in Boaz field, then you will have met the head reaper and know who he is. But if you know who the head reaper is, but you are not sure if Boaz has come yet or not, then in your own personal experience and journey you are stuck between those two events in the story, and that is where you are in the story.

You are gleaning in the right field, but you haven’t seen Boaz come yet - you haven’t come into a personal revelation of him yet at this first stage of the field relationship meeting with Boaz.

THE.KINSMAN.REDEEMER_ JEFF.IN V-6 N-8 SUNDAY_ 60-1002

116   Now, I want you to notice, Naomi, the old church begin to explain to Ruth all the laws about her religion, like the Old Testament is a shadow of the New. Now, I want you to get this story right here.

Now, I want to show the shadows. The Old Testament explains the New if you'll just read it, for it is a foreshadow of the New.

So this story of Ruth is showing us with pin point accuracy the stages from 1948 to the millennium.

Naomi (the Jews) returned back to Bethlehem (Israel) in 1948, and Ruth a gentile widow (whose old denominational husband has died) who was a type of the gentile bride of this hour, is also coming at the same time into the field of Boaz.

**So as the Jews came out of all Nations back to the promised land of Israel, we (the gentile bride of Christ) have come out of all Denomi-Nations back to the promise word (Boaz’s field) - the message of the hour).

So from 1948 to Ruth becoming Boaz’s wife and living in Boaz’s house with Naomi, the first two relationship encounters between Ruth and Boaz takes place after the second world war and before the rapture where the grain returns back to its origin again.

**Notice - Revelation 10 is placed between the second woe and the third woe which is between WW2 and WW3, so Revelation 10 is also the book of Ruth.

REVELATION 10:1

1     ¶ And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: That is Boaz (Christ) the Lord of the harvest (Revelation 1:1) coming to Revelation 10:7 which is the head reaper (which was Brother Branham), and Revelation 10:8-11 is Ruth, the gentile bride. When? - Between WW2 and the Millennium. Notice all three are represented at the field stage together.

THE.BREACH.BETWEEN.THE.SEVEN.CHURCH.AGES.AND.THE.SEVEN.SEALS_ JEFF.IN SUNDAY_ 63-0317E

74-2 {40}   Now, you see, I'm just not making that up. That's what... It's THUS SAITH THE LORD. I'll read it to you out of the Book: the sounding of the seventh angel's message, the mystery of God should be finished that's been declared by His holy prophets. That's the prophets who has wrote the Word. At the sounding of the seventh church age, the last church age, all the loose ends that through these church ages have been probed at, will be wound up together. And when the Seals are broke and the mystery is revealed, down comes the Angel, the Messenger, Christ, setting His foot upon the land and upon the sea with a rainbow over His head. Now remember, this seventh angel is on earth at the time of this coming.

74-3 {42}   Just as John was giving his message, the same time that Messiah come in the days... John knew he would see Him, because he was going to introduce Him. And we realize that in the Scriptures over in Malachi 4, there's to be a one like John…
